Sign Waiver

Your order is not complete until your waivers are complete.

Find the waiver in your email confirmation. Use the Waiver Management Tool to get signatures from others in your party. 

​

All adults participating must complete their own waiver and all minors must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver before they will be able to participate.

If you are the ticket purchaser: 

​

  • Step 1 - Refer to your online order confirmation and click the link to the Waiver Management Tool. 

  • Step 2 - From the Waiver Management Tool, click "Sign Waiver Now" to sign for yourself and any minors for which you have guardianship.

  • Step 3 - Click "Share URL" to send the link to others on your order. 

  • Step 4 - Go back to the Waiver Management Tool to assign the signed waivers to your booking.

  • Click the Waivers tab to see the waivers that were signed.

  • Check the boxes next to each participant to attach them to your order.

  • If participants that signed a waiver do not show up, search for them on the first page of the Waiver Management Tool. 

  • Click the Overview tab to make sure that all of your participants are listed with signed waivers.

If someone else purchased tickets for you: 

​

  • Step 1 - See if the purchaser emailed you a link to sign the waiver. 

  • Step 2 - Sign the waiver for yourself and/or any minor participants. 

  • If you did not receive an email with a link, click the button below and be sure to enter the EVENT CODE.
