Arrive 15 - 20 minutes early

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to avoid delays. If your group is 15 people or more, arrive 20 minutes early. You will need time to check in and get settled before Ground School starts (this is the training session/video).

Briefings/Ground School starts promptly every 30 minutes and we reserve the right to push your reservation to the next available time slot if you arrive late.

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE IF YOU ARRIVE LATE. If we are at full capacity, you may lose climbing time.
