Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change a reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations, but you will receive an account credit for the amount that you paid. Account credits never expire.

 

How to cancel a reservation

 

To cancel a reservation email us at admin@northshoreadventurepark.com or send a text to 218-316-2316 (this number does not accept calls), and we will process the account credit for you. Provide the name on the reservation and the order number, if possible.

 

Please note that if you are canceling tickets that included any discounts or added-value items (such as free gloves), those will be forfeited with the cancellation. The account credit only includes the dollar amount that you spent. Account credits never expire.

 

How to change a reservation

 

  • Pull up your email reservation confirmation

  • Click on the Group Waiver Management link

  • Click on the View Order button at the top left. This will take you to the reservation summary where you can change it.

 

Changes to your reservation may be limited if you have a ticket or voucher that is only valid for certain times (the promotional period). If you have one of these and want to change to a time that is not included in the promotional period, we can give you an account credit for the amount you paid, forfeiting any discounts. Use the account credit to re-book the times you want.
